Acceptance of Terms

The services provided by Nina’s Body Contouring are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By registering for, signing up, or otherwise participating in Cryotherapy, specialized body contouring, pain management, and/or skin tightening, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nina’s Body Contouring reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Code of Conduct

Nina’s Body Contouring’s mission is to provide Cyrotherapy, specialized body contouring, pain management, and/or skin tightening. This includes all Nina’s Body Contouring services, events and gatherings, including on digital platforms, where we seek to create a respectful, friendly, fun and inclusive experience for all participants. We expect all participants to uphold the principles of this Code of Conduct, which covers all services. We do not tolerate disruptive or disrespectful behavior, messages, images, or interactions by any participant in any form or in any aspect of the services, including business and social activities, regardless of location. Nina’s Body Contouring will not tolerate harassment or discrimination based on age, ancestry, color, gender identity or expression, national origin, physical or mental disability, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Photography, video or recording of session content or presentations in any format shared in social channels is prohibited. We encourage everyone to assist in creating a welcoming and safe environment. Nina’s Body Contouring reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone from 5525 Twin Knolls Road, Suite 331, Columbia, Maryland 21045, United States at any time at its sole discretion.

Registration Requirements

In order to receive service, all customers must provide registration information. 

Age Requirements

Customers under the age of 18 years of age or older must be accompanied by an adult.

Force Majeure

In the event that Nina’s Body Contouring is prevented from carrying out its obligations as a result of any cause beyond its control, such as but not limited to an act of God, war, natural disaster, a public health epidemic and/or pandemic, acts or threats of terrorism, civil disturbance, action by governmental entity, strikes, lock-outs, curtailments of transportation services or facilities, the failure of any third party to deliver goods or services for the event, or any other situation that makes it impossible, illegal or commercially unfeasible for Nina’s Body Contouring to hold the event, Nina’s Body Contouring reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event, and shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities in connection therewith.

How We Use Your Personal Data

• By registering for or attending services, you accept and agree that the collection and use of your personal information is subject to the Nina’s      Body Contouring Data Privacy. 
• Nina’s Body Contouring does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
• By registering for or attending services, you give Nina’s Body Contouring permission to contact you regarding your registration. We will only use your contact information to send you relevant services and company-related information.
• You may request, at any time, to have your contact information at any time. (Note that if you choose to delete your personal data, your registration for      services will be canceled.)
• Nina’s Body Contouring may also ask you if we can send you promotional      communications or if you want to share your personal information with our Market team. 
• By attending Nina’s Body Contouring services, you consent to Nina’s Body      Contouring to collect your (user) name, image, voice, and/or likeness in      recording service sessions. These recordings may be electronic, film,      videotape, or audio (the “Recordings”). If we capture your personal      information (such as your image and username) Nina’s Body Contouring will      inform you if such personal data may be collected and visible to other      users and give you the chance not to provide that data (for example, by      turning off your camera).
• You grant to Nina’s Body Contouring and its authorized representatives the      unrestricted, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use your (user)name, image, voice, and/or likeness for purposes of Marketing services, including making the Recording available for viewing on Nina’s Body Contouring’s website.

Intellectual Property 

Any materials provided by Nina's Body Contouring remain the intellectual property of Nina's Body Contouring LLC or its partners, as applicable, and, unless otherwise specified in writing, are solely for information and non-commercial or personal use only. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited. Intellectual Property includes:

• The recording of any sessions at Nina’s Body Contouring by registrants, customers, delegates, and/or third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You agree that Nina’s Body Contouring shall be the copyright owner of the Recordings. You understand that Nina’s Body Contouring is not obligated to use the Recordings.
• To the best of your knowledge, the acts and statements contained in the Recordings will not violate any right of any other person or company.
• You release Nina’s Body Contouring from any claims and causes of action you may have now or in the future based upon defamation, invasion of right of privacy, publicity or personality, copyright or trademark infringement, and unfair competition in connection with the Recordings and Nina’s Body Contouring’s use of the Recordings. You agree not to institute any legal action based on any of the grounds specific in this section, and you waive all rights to any equitable relief in connection herewith.

Limited Liability

Except as otherwise outlined in these Terms and Conditions, your participation in all Cryotherapy Body Contouring services, information, and materials provided in connection with the services are provided by Nina’s Body Contouring and/or its respective suppliers “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind. Nina’s Body Contouring and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties, including all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nina’s Body Contouring and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any personal injury or property loss or damage, or for any other loss, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or that relate to this agreement, participation in the services, or the information or materials provided in connection with the services. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory for the claim and even if the party is advised of the possibility of such damages.
